The selected qualities of Jamaica Rum are stored in oak barrels in the Caribbean for over 12 years. The finishing takes place in our cellar in Switzerland in oak barrels from the production of a sweet wine made from Pinot Noir in the style of a port wine.
Tasting note from VINUM - "Certificate of Excellence"
Highly spicy nose with lots of vanilla, burnt cream and chocolate banana. Roasted and grated nuts, as well as a touch cacao. The palate is a little more typical, bright and fresh with ripe plantains. Nougat and dark chocolate. Strong ones woody spice and a long finish with subtle hints of rancio.
