Basic information about shipping orders

 

Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 working days from our shipping warehouses in Germany or Austria.

Depending on the quantity, shipping area and other factors, we determine the appropriate shipping method and transport company (dpd, dhl, ups,...) at our discretion.

STANDARD SHIPPING Germany & Austria - Free from € 60.00 purchase

 

We ship within Germany and Austria free of charge for orders over €60.00 within 1-2 working days.

If the purchase value is less than €60.00, we charge a flat rate of €6.90.

STANDARD SHIPPING International

 

Shipping takes place from our warehouse within 1 -2 working days, shipping times can be requested from the selected transport company upon request. Shipping costs are calculated in the web shop when checking out.

If the items ordered are not in stock, we will send written information to the contact address listed in the order.

We always send orders against payment in advance (by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer).
