Type and purpose of data processing
We only collect personal data if it's technically necessary or if you give us your data voluntarily.
a) When you visit the web shop:
- IP address, browser type, time of access
- Cookies: We use technically necessary cookies (e.g. shopping cart function). You can deactivate cookies in your browser (note: shop functionality may be limited).
- Analysis tools: Only with your consent (e.g. Google Analytics).
b) When placing orders:
- Mandatory information: Name, address, email, payment details
- Purpose: Contract fulfilment, invoicing, delivery
c) When contacting us:
- Data from forms (name, email, message) for processing your enquiry.
d) Customer account:
- Voluntary storage of your address and order data for future purchases.
Legal basis in accordance with the GDPR
- Contract fulfilment (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b): For order processing.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f): For IT security and shop optimisation.
- Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a): For marketing measures (e.g. newsletter).
Data transfer to third parties
- Payment service providers (e.g. PayPal, credit card companies): Only for payment processing.
- Logistics partners (e.g. DHL, Austrian Post): For deliveries.
- Tax authorities: In case of legal obligation (e.g. invoice data).
- WIX as platform operator: Data is processed on WIX servers ([WIX privacy policy](https://de.wix.com/about/privacy)).
Note on WIX:
- Server locations: EU/EEA, Israel (Israel has an EU adequacy decision in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR).
- Data processing agreement (DPA) with WIX is in place.
Data transfer to third countries

Data is only transferred to secure third countries (with EU adequacy decision) or in accordance with standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Storage period
- Order data: 10 years (commercial and tax law retention obligation).
- Contact data without contract: Max. 2 years after last contact.
- Log data (server logs): Max. 7 days.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR/BDSG (Germany) or DSG (Austria), you have the right to:
- Information (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Correction (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
